Notorious pub in the Arts District in downtown la known for their biers, fun atmosphere and of course, the great tasting sausage sandwiches. Yes, sausage sandwiches. Not hot dogs. Sausage sandwiches. They have their famous rattlesnake + rabbit combo that sounds crazy weird and disturbing, but trust me, it tastes pretty darn good...kinda not exotic as you would think, but still great nonetheless. It's a burst of wonderful flavors that only one can experience in person like I can't even write about how good it is. The Belgian fries are amazing and comes with a variety of housemade dipping sauces, pesto mayo being my absolute favorite. (Tip: if your sausage is a bit dry and you're not a fan of the fancy mustards, spread your sausage with the dipping sauces!) Wurstkuche also has a vast selection of biers. I always just order the fruli because it's fruity and delicious.
