We celebrated Brandon's birthday at Bestia. It was great. In total, we ordered 7 beautiful dishes.

My favorite dishes were the Salumi, Roasted Marrow Bone, Clams and Mussels and the Agnolotti all Vaccinara, which was a braised oxtail pasta dish. Super weird looking, but I guess it was stuffed inside the pasta. Everything was in full flavor and absolutely marvelous.
